Tehnica Pomodoro<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tehnica Pomodoro a devenit o parte foarte popular\u0103 a rutinei de studiu. Lini\u0219te absolut\u0103? Muzic\u0103 pe fundal? Devine o problem\u0103 mai ales atunci c\u00e2nd te lup\u021bi cu ADHD. <\/p>\n\n<p>Un sfat bun este s\u0103 te mi\u0219ti \u00een timp ce studiezi. Dac\u0103 corpul t\u0103u vrea s\u0103 se mi\u0219te, las\u0103-l! Body doubling pentru ADHD implic\u0103 s\u0103 ai pe cineva l\u00e2ng\u0103 tine \u00een timp ce lucrezi la o sarcin\u0103 pe care trebuie s\u0103 o finalizezi. <\/p>\n\n<p>Nu conteaz\u0103 la ce lucreaz\u0103 dublul t\u0103u, at\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t o face al\u0103turi de tine. Dac\u0103 nu po\u021bi avea pe cineva acolo \u00een persoan\u0103, un dublu virtual poate func\u021biona la fel de bine.
